Q: Does iClooly fit my original non-3G iPhone?
A: Unfortunatelly, No. It does fit, but it's too loose. You can still try to use some plastic tape or something to make it tight, but we do not gurantee.

Q: I live outside of the United State. Can you ship overseas?
A: We are US distributor of this product. Please contact the manufacturer to find your local distributor. Rockridge Sound Japan

Q: Can I charge my iPhone/iPod while its in the stand?
A: Yes, you can connect the connetion cable through the opening on the side.

Q: I can't get my iPodTouch out.
A: At the beginning, getting your iPodTouch out of iClooly stand takes some getting used to. The pushing angle should be 90 degrees or little bit towards down. Try push the hole in the back from above the stand, not from under.
